1. Return Eligibility

 
You may request a return under the following conditions:
•The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
•The product is unused and undamaged.
•The item is returned in its original packaging with all parts, screws, tools and manuals included.
•A valid order proof is provided (invoice / order ID).
 
 

2. Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted

 
We cannot accept returns if:
•The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
•The product has been assembled, used or damaged by the customer.
•Parts are missing, scratched, broken or stained due to improper handling.
•The product is damaged due to incorrect installation or unauthorized repairs.
•The product was purchased under clearance or special sale (non-returnable).
 
 

3. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Product

 
If the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect:
•Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
•Provide clear photos / videos of the damage or wrong item
•We will verify and provide a replacement or return option at no extra cost
 
 

4. Refund Process

 
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
•If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method
•Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
 
Refunds will not be processed for:
•Products returned in used or damaged condition
•Products returned without original packaging or accessories
 
 

5. Cancellation Policy

•Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
•Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be processed as a return request.
 
 

6. Return Shipping

•For defective / wrong / damaged products → we will arrange free pickup
•For customer preference returns (not liked / size issue / color change / etc.) →
return shipping charges may apply
